Mid Day News Bulletin is scripted and directed by Melroy Fernandes, 1st year student of MABJ (2008) as part of the class work.

This bulletin consists of three small stories:

  1. Threat of epidemic break-out in Vaishali, Ghziabad
  2. Abuse of cell phones by youth on the rise
  3. Vendor unions protest, but street vendors unaffected

 

 

Parivarthan, A Docu Drama on Stray Dogs in Delhi, conceived and directed by Capistan Lopez, final year student of MABJ (2007).

Municipalities all over the world have been spending huge amounts in their desperate effort to control the ever growing population of stray dogs by killing them. WHO has recommended ABC Programme of mass sterilization of dogs as the most effective method for controlling the population of stray dogs and hence the spread of disease like Rabies.

 



Eye Is Not The Limit, A Feature on Blind people by Rosemary Marandi, final year student of MABJ (2007).

According to UN report, India has misfortune of 12 million blind persons. This number is in fact the highest in the world. Due to lack of proper education or training a large number of people take to begging and some others live in support of others. While some others completely recluse themselves from the society. But is blindness really a handicap? There are instances where there are these so called visually challenged has proved the contrary.
